From Ayton it
is possible to travel by bus to Berwick-upon-Tweed, Eyemouth,
Chirnside, Duns via Reston, Edinburgh and the Borders General Hospital.

to Friday once a day service between
Ayton and Edinburgh started in April 2012. The bus leaves Ayton after 0900
(0920 on school days and 0906 on non school days) and leaves Edinburgh at 1810. Check the Perryman's timetable 253 for
