This section will build up information about local schools and, we hope, how parents and other members of the community can get involved in supporting the local schools.  The Friends of Ayton Primary School continue to raise substantial sums for the school from the community and your support has been fantastic.

Few communities thrive without a local school.  The fantastic fund-raising effort at the 2008 and 2009 Fetes shows that Ayton Primary certainly commands widespread support.

The spectacular new Eyemouth High School is now open and a new era has started for children from Ayton and the rest of the East Berwickshire area of Scottish Borders.
